0.2, Playable edition

I've just uploaded version 0.2, which hopefully isn't broken, I added a volume slider, difficulty options, further optimisation, added a freecam, and a tweak to the visual language.
The Volume slider is in a new settings menu, which will see almost no further use
When you press start there's a new menu to select difficulty, they still need tweaking but now there's the option [Realistic is seriously bad lmao]
I improved the optimisation a bit by: A, only updating the status of tiles near the one just placed, instead of all of them [hence the extreme frame drops before when placing tiles in large cities] and, B, fixing the way the amount of transit-accessible tiles is calculated, which was really stupid before.
I added a freecam so you can actually see your cities properly, although it's still limited to after you lose
you can even change the fov
..however much you want to..
Finally I swapped the tile 'decorations' for parks & transit, to make it easier to see from a distance which tiles have transit access, which is a useful piece of info, whereas the amount of tiles adjacent to parks is totally irrelevant
